Read the profile before answering
Instagram messages are short and ambiguous; the same three words mean different things from a regular customer and from a first-time visitor. ChatGPT can read the sender’s profile and the thread before drafting, which is what makes the answer fit.
Drafting is the right default
Reading is free of consequence; sending is an explicit action you request. On a public-facing account, having ChatGPT propose and you approve is not timidity — an answer sent in your brand’s name is read by a customer, and the daily budget will not protect you from a wrong one.
What it will not do
It cannot exceed your account, cannot message people at volume — a hundred actions a day per account, serialized and spaced — and will not send when two contacts could match a name. Those refusals are the reason it is safe to leave connected.
Instagram is rarely the only inbox
A shop answers on Instagram, on WhatsApp and by email, and the same customer often writes in two of them. With those accounts connected too, one question covers the lot — did anyone ask about the September order, anywhere — instead of three apps checked at three different moments. That is usually what turns the connection from a demo into something used daily.

Yes, once the account is connected. It lists conversations, reads threads and can look up the profile behind a message.
Do I need a Business or Creator account?
No. That belongs to Meta’s Graph API route; Nilyo connects the account you already use.
Can it answer for me?
It drafts freely and sends only when you ask. On a public-facing inbox, approving each answer is the sane pattern.
Is my account at risk?
Calls are serialized and spaced with a daily budget per account, so the bursts that get accounts restricted cannot happen by accident.
