Groups, channels and chats are different objects
Listings mark which is which, so the agent can summarize a channel it must never post in, read a group for context and answer only in the direct conversation. Chat and message identifiers travel together, since a message id means nothing outside its chat.
Mentions are the useful filter
In a busy group the question is rarely what happened, it is what concerns me. Asking for the messages that mention you or your team, plus the decisions around them, produces something short enough to act on — where a full summary of four hundred messages is just a shorter wall of text.
Your own account, not a bot
A bot added to a group sees only part of it depending on its privacy mode, and cannot see the groups nobody added it to. Your account sees what you see, which is why the summary is complete and why it works on groups you joined years ago.
No local rate limit here
Telegram carries no daily budget in Nilyo: calls are serialized per account so nothing runs in parallel, and Telegram’s own limits apply. Reading several large groups is therefore practical, unlike on LinkedIn where reads count against a daily budget.
