How Facebook / Messenger works with Nilyo
Connection. Connect through the secure browser flow and select administered Pages. Reconnect the same account to review Page access.
What your agent can do. Personal and Page inboxes, messages and media, friends and requests, follows, profiles, posts, comments and reactions.
Pacing and safety. Calls use the shared account protection layer and provider limits; never retry an uncertain send or publish automatically.
- Select the personal or Page identity before replying or publishing.
- Pages reply only to existing conversations and cannot delete messages.
- Stories, pins, chat labels and profile visits are unavailable; encrypted history and media depend on provider recovery and availability.
Prompts to try
“Show my Facebook inboxes and the status of each Page.”
“Summarize yesterday in the selected Page inbox.”
“Draft a reply as my Page for approval.”
Questions about Facebook / Messenger
Do Pages use extra account slots?
No. Activated Pages are products of the same Facebook account.

Your accounts stay under your control
Your agent only sees accounts you connect and authorize. Provider passwords are never shown, reading does not silently authorize writes, and the agent asks when several accounts or people could match your request.
Company billing never gives managers access to a member’s messages, email or calendars. You can revoke agent access or disconnect an account whenever needed.
