How this workflow works
- Connect Facebook through the secure browser flow and select the Pages you administer.
- Ask the agent to list inboxes and select the exact Page. Reconnect the same account to review Page access if needed.
- Specify a time window. Review the summary and any limits on history or coverage.
- Approve the recipient and final reply; the agent keeps the selected Page identity.
Personal and Page inboxes are separate identities. Never switch to your personal profile after a Page refusal or retry an uncertain send automatically.
Questions people ask
Can a Page start a new Messenger conversation?
No. Pages can reply only to existing conversations and cannot delete messages.
Do my Pages count as extra accounts?
No. Activated Pages belong to the same Facebook connection.
Will the agent read every message?
Coverage depends on available history and pagination. The agent must report incomplete results, including encrypted history that is unavailable.
Why use Nilyo for this?
Nilyo gives your chosen agent access only to the accounts you connect. Your provider passwords are never shown to the agent, and reading information does not silently authorize sending, inviting or deleting.
If several accounts, people or companies match, the agent asks you to clarify. If the result of an important action is uncertain, it checks what happened before attempting it again.
