Accept and cancel operations must receive `request.id`. Passing a user ID is a common and preventable identifier error.

Is a request ID the person's LinkedIn ID?
No. It is a separate relation-request identifier returned by the invitation list.
Can the agent find requests by name?
It can list and filter candidates, then reuse the selected request ID.
Can it send a new invitation too?
Yes, using the resolved person's provider ID and a separate explicit action.
